No, you don't but you are welcome to bring a non-spill bottle of water with you.
🤍
Wear clothes that feel comfortable and that you can move freely in. Something similar to what you might wear at the gym would be fine.
Yoga is practiced barefoot. If you Really Must Wear Socks please use the ones with non-stick spots on the soles.
It's also a good idea to have an extra layer to put on during savasana (relaxation) when your body temperature drops.
🤍
You almost certainly are not ... but we do understand that there can be barriers which people feel will stop them being able to do yoga. We would encourage you to take a deep breath and come along. You will receive a warm welcome.
If you want to talk to us, or come and see the studio, get in touch and we can set something up.
🤍
Ideally not within 2 hours of class although a small snack before hand is ok. Don't practice on a full tummy - you will regret it.
🤍
Our classes and courses are for 18+ only. If you are 16 or 17 you are welcome with a parent or guardian.
